Puberty Syndrome—a rumored, mysterious syndrome that only affects those in their puberty. For example, a bunny girl suddenly appeared in front of Sakuta Azusagawa. In the course of revealing the mystery behind this phenomenon, Sakuta begins to explore his feelings towards Mai.
