Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Moviefy (the “Service”) at moviefy.mewayz.com, operated by Mewayz (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Moviefy. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Moviefy is a personal media tracker for movies, TV shows, anime, books, games, comics, manga, and board games. The Service indexes metadata from TMDB and other public sources.

Where the Service surfaces video player embeds, those are provided by third-party services we link to. We do not host the underlying media files. Availability of those embeds is outside our control.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, lifetime) auto-renew until cancelled (except lifetime, which is a one-time purchase). You can cancel any time from the billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal — access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.

Regional pricing applies automatically based on your country (powered by Stripe Tax). Refunds are handled per the rules of your local consumer-protection law, and at our discretion outside that.

5. Content you submit

You retain all rights to reviews, ratings, lists, and other content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Service. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Prohibited use

Do not: (a) scrape the Service in bulk without permission, (b) impersonate others, (c) post unlawful content, (d) attempt to circumvent paywalls or rate limits, (e) reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Intellectual property & DMCA

We respect copyright. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, file a notice via our DMCA page.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where local law does not allow this limitation, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
